2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us:
    Reach out to our customer support team at wecare@soulively.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
  2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
    Once your return request is approved, we will issue an RMA number along with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping the Item:
    Securely package the item and include the RMA number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).

3. Inspection and Processing

  • Inspection:
    Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refunds:
    If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchanges:
    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when you contact us. If there’s a price difference, we will either charge or refund the difference accordingly.
